The following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) shall apply to the purchase of Goods and/or delivery of samples from Niro Ceramic Sales & Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company”) by you (“the Customer”) via the Company’s website to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which the Customer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or any other similar document.
